Da wir eine kleine und junge Marke sind und unsere Produkte mit viel Sorgfalt produzieren, können wir leider aktuell keine Rückgaben und auch keinen Umtausch anbieten. Bitte prüfe daher deine Bestellung vor dem Kauf sorgfältig.

Wenn dein Artikel beschädigt bei dir ankommt oder ein Produktionsfehler vorliegt, melde dich bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt bei uns unter m07ek@outlook.de, damit wir gemeinsam eine Lösung finden können.

Bitte überprüfe deine Bestellung bei Erhalt und kontaktiere uns sofort, wenn der Artikel defekt oder beschädigt ist oder wenn du einen falschen Artikel erhalten hast, damit wir das Problem auswerten und beheben können.

Since we are a small and young brand and produce our products with great care, we unfortunately cannot currently offer returns or exchanges. Please therefore review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or has a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at m07ek@outlook.de so that we can find a solution together.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
